Sara Jessa will lead us through Psalm 131 in a guided Christ Centered Yoga Practice. We will stretch our bodies, work on our breathing rhythms, allowing us to fully focus on the words of the scripture. Afterward, please stay and enjoy light refreshments and a time of friendship and fellowship.

Doors will open at 6:00pm, allowing you to set up and be ready to start promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive with plenty of time to set up so as not to disrupt during yoga.
